currently the Vice President for International Organization Development Association (IODA). He started an Educational Trust called Foundation for Research, Education and Development (FRED).
He has done more than 250 development workshops and he is a frequent invited speaker at global conferences and corporate events like CII, NIPM, IFTDO, ATDO, ISODC and IODA.
