Founder
Ruddy Swinnen's passion for developing leaders, teams and organisations led him to founding Wise Wings in 2008. He has 25 years of international work experience of which 18 years was in China/Asia, cooperating with global leadership teams on talent and leadership assessment and development programs, business development and general management in HR consulting services. He consults and coaches across industries, functions, roles, and geographies to accelerate the development of leaders and create systems that support higher performance and greater employee engagement.
Ruddy founded the Learning and Development methodology called Wise Wings, which is scientifically based on psychology, neuroscience, quantum-physics and epi-genetics. He has affected real changes in people and organisations' growth and has guided them in executive & personal coaching, and designs whole system transformation in companies. He designs tailor-made assessment and development programs, seminars, workshops and coaching for managerial and executive level.
